Having a doula on speed dial takes the guess work out of your pregnancy and postpartum. You have the opportunity to get your questions and concerns answered in a timely manor and receive evidence based support.

I talk with clients through phone calls, zoom, text and email.

Packages are arranged on a weekly basis. You only pay for the support you receive.

Yes, a short contract is signed and renewed as needed.

How it Works

Call
Set up your first call. Calls last 45 minutes. You will have the opportunity to debrief, ask questions and seek out recommendations for your pregnancy or postpartum.

Continuous Support
Schedule calls as needed in the weeks following the first call. Text support is available between 8 am and 5 pm while under contract.
